Event Planning & Management
Students learn firsthand Event Planning, organizing and Management. The Food Festivals provide them an excellent opportunity to organize and conduct massive events, a key learning that ensures their success in the Hospitality Industry.
Menu Planning
As part of the event students are required to plan menus. This requires a lot of skill and awareness of ingredients available locally. The exercise is aimed at helping them plan for tasty menus that are sought after at economic costs without compromising on the aesthetics.
Bulk Food Production of exotic menus
Based on the menu students produce exotic menus in bulk quantity. They learn to cook fifty to seventy dishes simultaneously for more than five hundred people at a time. These call for skill, speed, work planning and hygiene awareness & timeliness.
Décor & Food & Beverage Service to all guests based on the theme.
The produced food is served in an ambience that is fun & frolic and in line with the theme chosen. The students learn the art of serving a huge number of dishes to large groups of people within a given timeframe.
